H&M - Clothing store in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

Rude staff!!! They don't give exchange or refund!!!! I bought some garments in H&M mantri square mall Bengaluru on 12th nov 23, today 18th November 23 came to store to exchange , while wearing one of the garments I found out threads coming out from the chests area of the top, I immediately took it back to store in Mysore , this store is in Nexus Mall Mysore, M Imran was the casiers he called his manager to look into the exchange , this gentleman come to the desk his name is Mr Chandran immediately he said with his strait face No, no exchange, he refused, he first of all said "we don't sell this top, we don't put defective products on the floor, ( not true) can't do exchange for the garment, go where you bought it" I requested him please understand I'm not going to Bengaluru any time soon, exchange period will be closed, he again refused and repeated the same things, so I asked can I speak to the manager, he said I'm the manager , he was very rude threw my garments because I said I don't want defective piece, he is very rude... Didn't even say sorry or tried to help me . I have been shopping from H&M since 2014. Never I had problem with anything, this was a very disappointing for me as a customer or a human being.

manager of the store Mr. Chandran is extremely rude, he has no respect for loyal customers of H&M I brought bag full of clothing and one of them was damaged came back to return it he wasn't accepting it. after i politely asked him to discard it because it is not in a wearable condition he rudely forced the item to me and asked me to "throw it in the outside trash can" . i don't know who gave him manager position, he is clearly not a customer keeper and he is extremely rude

I've always had a good experience shopping here but then the other day I came to find a perfect fit for an occasion the male staff who's incharge of the trial room for ladies has no patience like literally come on we girls take time to find the perfect fit for us and he doesn't have the courtesy to even wait for awhile it had not even been 2-3 min that I went in and he constantly knocks knowing there's somebody inside ....if it was on a busy day I would totally understand but there weren't even anybody waiting to occupy the trial rooms it wouldn't be comfortable for ladies to have such kind of staff incharge of the trial room .....kindly look over the situation :)

Very good quality and variety but pricing is a little high

Only H&m outlet in Mysuru.. Usually all your favourite collections will be out of stock.. Very few collections.. Disappointed.. Not as good as other H&ms like in Bengaluru in terms of collection

Had great experience at Mysore the staffs are really helpful and their styling suggestions is too good thanks to the staff name Nithin he was really good and his communication and his fashion knowledge is great thank you h&m group for hiring these talents

Customer service is getting worse, even though I ask for other size pants they didn't even bothered to look for it they just assume the size won't be there n I found the size later

Lack of sizes. Even staff makes you feel bad about being a larger size. If you're a bigger size don't bother coming in store.
