Handa Medical Centre - Specialized hospital in Faridabad - Faridabad, India

My patient was admitted on 04-10-2023. He had a hip fracture . And in very severe pain . Dr said that "I did operation day after Tomorrow " I admit my patient in private room 102 . On 6-10-23 when dr came on round ... he give irrelevant excuse for postpone OT . That I ordered some instrument that are not delivered yet . And sey I do OT tomorrow ... and whenever I ask the nursing staff about dr . Visit they also answering me very roundly .. and staff also very uneducated. They evenly not known how to care of Floy's (urobag) I tell to the staff many time that please close the urobag clip .. they ignore . And one big thing there is no doctor available in night .. only nursing staff handel the hospital. Seriously nursing staff very illiterate..

Literally uneducated staff no rules n regulations my husband was waiting from 4:30 so that he could get the earliest appointment but the uneducated staff is just useless when he asked the receptionist to pay for the appointment she said may be doctor will ask you for X-ray and gave him no. 9 after that the duty got changed and another receptionist came and when my husband asked how much time I have to wait, she said first you need to pay and wait for these 10 patients and after that your no. Will come. And it's been 8:00p.m.and his no. Didn't came He has so bad pain in his arm no action or anything has been done by this useless uneducated staff Dr. Handa there is no use of your work and name because of your staff and I think you are a doctor and should need to check the google reviews about your staff and take action hence, should shut your clinic Even I'm shocked after seeing such reviews. Still no action has been taken by you Literally shameless!!

My experience is very bed because uneducated staff, everyone shouted to the patients and no one care the patients time, staff give the time to patients come to the hospital on 7Am and we come on the time we wait continuesly 3 hours but still we were waiting no one cares the patients time, atleast give the actual time to the just because patients complete own other works... And other thing is that doctor and staff not given complete estimate of treatment he said your expense is only 10000 everything is done by this amount but after the operation we will paid again and again, now my total cost is approx 20k.... So my experience is very bad I this hospital we will not refer anyone in to this hospital... My humble request is that at least give the actual time to the treatment

Looks like he is in hurry .. without seeing the patient and not explained the problem properly. Their staff is concerned about the money only. Not suggesting to go there

I had a pathetic experience wherein the accounts guys are really not upto the words. My TPA got cancelled because of there mistake and i had a bear the expenses. I will not recommend this place. Full of fake promises!! Note : All below information provided by the hospital team will not be worth it since those things were the information shared by the TPA team. Initially, the TPA person promised and clarified that he will make all papers 1 day after and it will work. I just followed word of mouth which in the end resulted in my loss. Also, who would be interested in wasting time like this until the second person has made so much of mess and filled all information with lies. Hence, pathetic service is all what i can say !!

Handa Hospital is a very useless hospital, Dr. Handa is arrogant. It has nothing to do with the patient's feelings. That means just money. Whole staff keep Alcohol or gaanja intoxicated. maximum staff are under the influence of alcohol or ganja. day or night all staff. Tpa staff are meant to earn money.

Worst hospital & fraud doctor and all staff, He had scam with Ayushmaan Bharat scheme patient, he asked 50% charges to pay under Ayushmaan Bharat scheme. We are request with central health govt / state health agency to take legal action on this hospital.

Very greedy behaviour. Only they keep in the circle of taking money from your pocket and their test is also very expensive while they don't even let you test from other places and don't take reports.I'm totally disappointed
