Dr. Pratibha does not come on time and makes pregnant women wait for very long hours and after that she suggests the pregnant lady to take rest in labour room as her belly is tight. I have experienced it 4-5 times.

Not a good hospital. Washrooms are very dirty. Handed by a single handed Person that is Mrs. Pratibha Handa. She is a good doctor that is the only reason to come to this hospital. But at the end they are making money only. They keep the child in Nursery irrespective of the baby's health. So that they can make the money in Nursery. Also they keep the patient for long time in hospital to make money.

Never go to this hospital. They are just making the money. They take everything in cash. They will ask you to bring all the medicines yourself and take the 50k again on discharge. Highly disappointed. Don't waste your time and money. Washrooms are pathetic. They can't even correct them. Just concentrate on grabbing the money from innocent patients. Not recommended at all.

I am writing this review to help people not to suffer unnecessarily. There are many good options around Ludhiana. We did one of the worse mistake of our life taking my wife there .Staff has no ethical responsibility .They have no knowledge and responsibilty about this profession .It's a request please dont go there if you love your sick family member .Because the words will heal but trauma will last for long time from the mistreatment there.

This doctor is the most greedy woman in the world, she raffre her patients to the most expensive hospital in Ludhiana, from where it earns a lot of commission. None of its work is done on a fixed basis, even it does not give bills to the customers for their expenses. This woman has made medical work a dirty business

She is not only the best dr but also a good human being. I am telling this from my personal experience. Yes the staff no doubt is rude and has no sense of order or value of time but still its worth to wait for a doctor who will listen to you very carefully, will not get irritated and answer each and every question thats on your mind even if it is spending some extra time. I am a great fan of the attitude with which she handles her patients -educated or uneducated, guiding them in right direction.I am a witness(while waiting for my turn in her cabin) to transparency with which she used to guide her patients-from all types of backgrounds always giving right advice keeping in mind best interest of patient. A doctor treats ,but God Heals. May Gods healing power expresses itself through her hands and cures everyone!!!

Disgusting staff and frustrating doctor... Staff there seems to be uneducated and it is demonstrated by their unnecessary rude behavior. Doctor has no timings, it's her own wish at which time she starts attending the pateints. Don't even go even if you have any dire emergency. There are many better maternity hospitals available with better support staff and better facilities.

Pediatrician from the hospital had guided me wrong about my newborn kid, recommended me to admit the baby asap over tiny problem as I had cross checked with another doctor who recommended me to not get admit and treated baby at home. That's really bad to frighten the parents unnecessarily.
