It is a very good place to go with family, there no smell of fish in this beach and it's the place where river Krishna joins in bay of Bengal, the sand is black in color as a result of river water mix here, had great time with family, but the waves here are very intense so be careful when you go with your kids, there no proper place to change dresses for ladies so make your arrangements and plan your trip accordingly, you will have to go about 800 meters from beach to another building to change dress
Well anyone trying to go and watch the sunrise and sunset...you cannot.... cause the beach has open and close timings from 9am-5pm(free entry). The view was too cool though. Felt like a private beach. We are the only people around with few snack stalls. The water is bit muddy.
One of the best beaches around Andhra Pradesh...if possible try to visit "Sangamam" where Krishna River meets Bay of Bengal.
Never ever again u will go to the beach, the road to reach the beach is worst ever I have seen and it has taken 45 min to travel for just 17 kms. Worst experience in my travel journey
We enjoyed it a lot at this beach. Roads are not so good to reach this place.
Where Krishna river allows herself into the ocean...you can visit the oldest Krishna and Shiva's temples in hamsaladeevi
It's a very good Beach and you can enjoy it a lot, but you need to carry your own food. There is only one small Shop and one ice cream bandi. Please note its forest area. Once you visit leave this place before 5pm, because forest gourds close the berries.
The beach is beautiful .. approximately 1 km from the beach there is samgam where we can see Krishna river coming and merging with the Bay of Bengal. The beach is calm and serene and not extremely crowded. Avoid machilipatnam beach and come here as the former is too dirty and the water is unfit for skin.
