It's one of the Best hotel to stay in Hyderabad. Food is good. Staff is very cooperative. I wanted couple of channels in their TV settop box and they immediately actioned my request. Ask for anything and everything is served. At times service is slow but that is to be understood as it's a huge hotel. Must stay hotel.
Very bad behaviour of staff.Don't book this hotel for your big Day. Mr Bhagwant , may be genereal manager of this hotel scholding clients with very rude behaviour. They have no manner how to behave. I really appreciate not to book this hotel for any events...!!
Whenever I travel Hyderabad for a Business trip i always make sure to stay in this hotel. Located near Lakdi ka Pool Metro station. Nice clean and well maintained rooms, Food is Very Tasty and Hygienic. Staff is supportive.

Not advisable to the person who wants to stay in the room for the whole day since there's too much noise from the outside due to the main road. Jain food is available on request but there won't be following properly.
