His expertise, personalised guidance, and genuine motivation have been instrumental in helping me achieve my fitness goals. Most Spacious and well equipped with variety of US based machines you can't find anywhere in the vicinity. It won't appear crowded anytime. Gym staff were extremely helpful and kind.

I am 42 and fitness is not an option really but a necessity. Those hard to loose pounds around my waist and high numbers on my medical reports were brought back to normal with 3 months of pain and gain with Saneesh - my personal trainer at Hammer Fitness HSR. No amount of self motivation will get those "App" based gyms working for me. This particular gym - Hammer Fitness is amazing !! Three floors of super equipment, amazing trainers and loads of vibe and motivation. This is for people who really care for themselves. Not enough can be said about Saneesh, I call him torture but he is an amazing trainer for sculpting you and his warm smile and dedication puts most worries to rest. He is careful and very focused and I highly recommend him if you are training at Hammer Fit. Love the place, highly recommended. Keep it up guys ! You could do with some better music though !

I just recently joined this gym, it's clean and spacious. It has lot of proper machines and weights. workers over there cleans the seats and the machines regularly. one good thing about this gym is it's not crowded at anytime.
