Quite pathetic. Small and claustrophobic compared to Hamley's stores in other Indian cities. Their stock is also very poor. The staff also seems to be under pressure and quite despondent when dealing with customers! Weary smiles(because they have to) and listless behaviour. Certainly not a patch upon the cheery Hamley's staff we see in other Hamley's stores across India. And they give weird excuses for not having stock of toys. Later I got the same stuff and more from Hamley's Chennai.
Branded toy shop. Expensive. They offer some of the toys which are less costly in other places. But kids will enjoy the outlet. Saturday and Sunday store remain open till 10 PM.
Had a great buying experience. Specially there is one staff who was very helpful in making the buying experience better his name is Sayan Ghosh. I would recommend everyone to go and meet Sayan for a better buying experience.
This shop is well stocked and can get variety of toys. Price of some toys are a bit higher than normal market rate. But quality of toys are good.
