Pathetic staff behavior in a simple enquiry. Their Manager didn't even have the decency to respond. Aman Ahuja is thr name of the Manager who doesn't even have the basic decency to come and explain when a product can be made available. Hamleys is great brand which is being given a bad name due to such employees. Fix this ASAP.
