It's been a first time o have been to this store once i saw the collection of nerf i was very much existed specially Mr Anand is very much helpful
This place is a big disappointment.Very less collections when compared to other toy store. Quite disgusting. Prashanth who was in the counter had a huge attitude and was very arrogant manager while doing the billing. He was acting as if he was doing some kind of favour to his customers and was like "Bear my attitude or else get lost". Its highly recommended not to visit this place. Just visit some other outlet at least but not this one.

Unprofessional disinterested staff.Nobody came to ask if we need help,at checkout there wasn't anyone and had to call one man to come and bill.He came only to realise the card machine ran out of paper,after spending 10mins chatting and looking for the paper he came back only to realise he didn't know how to fix it.He asked someone for help and wanted to learn how to do it as I stood waiting for my bill.I lost my patience by then and walked out as he and his friend sat figuring how to get the bill from the machine.They need to be trained on how to handle customers,it was an empty store -god help them when they have lots of clients
We are visiting this Mysore Hamleys for more than 3-4 years now, we can tell that there is no improvement at all on the toys options, they have same old items and prices are too high.
A very nice store... quality of the products is best. We guys played table soccer it was fun... give the store a visit.
Wide variety's of toys are available,and employees are also quite attentive and polite.
