Worst shopping experience ever................I left my bag in this store by mistake and when I started to find my bag , I asked the staff about the bag but they yelled at us that we should be more carefull when we asked them to see the footage they straight away refused and at the last when we yelled at them they gave us the bag saying that their staff kept it

Not expected from a brand like Hamleys, disappointing and they do not care about the customer. Specifically in the play are where kids play they have a fee of Rs300 but surprisingly its not specified anywhere what age group this fee is applicable and the sales person cheats every person whose child is below 2 years as its free for them to play as they will not tell you. This is not expected from a brand like Hemleys..and a WARNING - there is no refund and the blame is transferred to customer as they did not told there child age before entering the store. This is store at Palacio mall in Lucknow. Not sure if this is a practice across all stores..
Good but costly toys
Very bad staff. I reached store at 8:15 pm and mall closing time is 9:30 pm. But store staff dropped shutter and was sitting inside. I was with my little children. I requested them to just give 5 minutes but they did not allowed. My children were very disappointed. People immediately make video of government staff but these private fellow are more heartless
Great service provided by the store during this pandemic condition. Delivered the product with in an hour of purchase. Very helpful and polite staff (especially Mr. Faheem), provided many options before purchase over social media and delivered birthday gift to my nephew before his cake cutting.
