The rooms were large but the facilities were minimal. The building is old and is reflected in its bathrooms and wardrobes. Some rooms have tables but ensure your room has a table while collecting the key. Its an overpriced stay for >Rs2000 (the rate I paid for one night). I wouldn't recommend it for a family. One good thing about the hotel is its proximity to the private bus stand and other areas. Also ample parking space was available. The staff and their attitude was appreciable during my period of stay.

The service was fine, but the rooms could be better, the bathroom door didn't close properly, there was problem with the shower, they switched on the Hot water after lots of insisting, there was only one switch point, the mini fridge didn't work either. The owner was pretty rude too

It's the budget qulity. Pros. It provides ease of access to many famous spots. Rue reception is very responsive and fast. The room service response is good. The best thing is that it is at the heart of the city and so toy simply need to only walk to have a relaxing time. Cons. The rooms try to be of high quality but it is soo hard to figure out what switch is for what electronic device. The cupboards are just wood and haven't been polished or finished. The room size would be of its money type but not its furnitures. I wouldn't recommend it to a friend's unless you're booking from oyo because it the price then becomes more reasonable.

Booked via oyo. Convenient location. Suite room good for family. Bed sheets supplied for small beds were bad quality. Bathroom bit dated. Overall good. Location is perfect for town, next to Mall

It's a hotel in Kozhikode city. Is ok for a 1 day stay without family. The hotel is definitely overpriced for the amenities. There's zero management and the only staff I saw in my 6 day stay was the receptionist and room service. Even though I had booked through oyo and made my payment online, they asked me to pay again at check in. Took few mins to verify that I've paid. The only drinking water supply is a 1L water bottle which they do not supply everyday unless asked for. Even when I asked for my first water bottle on day 3, they tried to bill me telling only 1 bottle/day. Couple of my friends who were staying in other rooms had many complaints including no hot water, roaches roaming around.

Half moon residency, opposite to 'Raviz' on Mavoor Road, Calicut provide good facilities as far as the rooms are concerned. Reasonably spacious and clean rooms. Front office staff are polite and friendly. Parking space is limited but somewhat sufficient. Very close to Moffusil busstand, shopping malls and Baby memorial hospital.
