Hale & Hearty - Health food restaurant in New Delhi - South, India

Great option for healthy food. Vegan options available upon request. I got a sandwich with mushrooms, tofu and avocado. It tasted crunchy and delicious! Staff was friendly and the decor was simple but cute. I didn't love the berry lemonade and smoothie my friend ordered very much.

It is a cute little place which serves healthy and palatable food. We had ordered Berry and Mascarpone toast, Green goddess grilled cheese sandwich, watermelon Fresca and cappuccino. Loved everything. What is satisfying is that one can see how the foods is being prepared. Udip prepared the food for us, and served us well. As I wanted to see how the food was prepared, he explained everything patiently :) The only con would be that the place is small with a capacity of 10-12 people, and if it's almost full, it would get jammed. We felt so when there were 8 people seated at one time, and you could overhear others :D

Recently visited this new cafe located in Hauz khas opened near the G block market. As we enter there we saw their amazing decor and a Jhula hung in the corner with limited seating. A lady, probably the owner, ran us through the menu and gave some suggestions as well. While we chose and waiter for the order we were served their complimentary yummy snacks/biscuits. We ordered a 3 chilli Pasta and we were given a statuary warning for it to be spicy and we were counting on it. The pasta took its time and we got spaghetti white pasta with fair amount of spices. The taste was fine and not as awesome as we expected it to be. Also we weren't served with oregano so that we could have enhanced its taste a bit. According to the price taste wasn't that justified. The garlic bread was too crisp and little dry, could have been better and had a bit more taste. Would be back to try out more perhaps.

At Hale & Hearty, I had the most guilt-free balanced meal and already craving for it again. When was the last time who hogged and not felt guilty because the food is zero-refined sugar, zero-refined flour, zero-preservatives and made with fresh ingredients, so much so that they scoop the avocado in front of you. And if you know the food is not just healthy but also balanced in all nutrients, its like a wish being granted. So we tried different dishes till we couldn't eat any longer. My favorite were Burrata Berry Rocket, Green Goddess Grilled Cheese Sandwich, quinoa cookie, Strawberry Greek Yoghurt, Hummus Bowl, brownie and Kale Aid. But that just doesn't mean other things weren't good. Next visit will be on the weekend when they have a live breakfast counter till 12pm. After a long time, i had healthy balanced food which was tasty too. Yoohoo!

So thankful for delicious healthy food! The owner was super sweet and the staff is professional. I wish is was a bigger space, great atmosphere so please expand :)

Wow! The Shakshouka was outstanding! And the dairy-free smoothie was really fresh and delicious as well. Friendly, relaxed people serving light and healthy food. Big recommendation!

Has a very cool and cosy ambience. Loved the detox soup. They have own handmade cookies with honey and no white sugar. the staff is also very polite and offered their own made snacks. Loved their Nutella & quinoa cookie and granola bars. Place is great for once in a while although I feel it's bit pricy!

Polite and Friendly Staff and the quality of food is really awesome and healthy. Ambiance is quite small but perfect for health freak couples and major point is that they never compromise with the quality of the food and its freshness.
