Visited for lunch with family. We were a group of about 12. The place had sufficient seating.
The first disappointment was the long queue at the billing counter and only one staff member handling the rush. There was no provision of table service. So a few of us had to keep waiting for the food items and could not enjoy the food.
The drinking water was to be helped with ourselves.
The food was good in terms of taste and presentation.
Would strictly advise against going in a group of 6 or more.
Wow, kya sawad hai, neat, clean, little expensive but good food , comfortable sitting, drinking water facility, cash counter, self service to collect food on coupon, parking area is an challange to get space, Sweets, packed gift, cakes of vrs quality, ice cream, Ops Mazza aa gya
They have self service so you have to get everything yourself.
Food is extremely oily and expensive compared to other places.
If you want a place with good washrooms then stop here otherwise locals dhabas are far better then this place

The food is authentic and have a good quality. The self service option is quite not right as we are paying a good amount of money to get the service on the table. Overall good concept of authentic food and hygienic place.
Why 4 stars: location is good, food is fine, people are good.
Why not 5 stars: seems to be Hygeine issues, utensils were not clean properly, could find a lot of house flies.
Really yummy food. Best place for vegetarian people..u get yummy food with good cool atmosphere. Only problem is self service. Do you get sometime frustrated. Rest food quality is just awesome. I just loved it. Located on ambala chandigarh highway..Nice clean washrooms with ample car parking facility. Kids also get some joy rides outside. In total gud experience
This Haldiram is situated at Delhi Chandigarh Highway near Dera bassi in Janetpur. This place is a mini hub which has Haldiram, Keventers, Baskin Robin, Nik bakers, Adda microbrewery and restaurant, kids play area etc. It is nearly 25km from Ambala city. Haldiram is a family restaurant with nice interior. Lots of food variety available here including Combo meals,Chinese, South Indian, Chaat, Chhole bhature, Pasta, various veggies, sweets and cookies, ala carte etc.Dine area is spacious, well maintained with artificial indoor plants. Drinking water with disposable cups are also available. Here service is fast and serve food on your own that means self service. Toilets are neat and clean in the complex near Haldiram with toilet paper available. I ordered masala dosa, raj kachori, vegetable noddles and pao bhaji. Raj kachori was delicious and ample in quantity. Compound outside Haldiram is spacious and well maintained with colourful lighting and mini fountains with few tables and chairs. For children there is mini kindergarten. A spacious parking is available with no parking fee. Today weather was good in evening so it made my evening better as day was harsh with heat waves and this place has fans that sprinkle water mist which was cherry on cake. Overall this place was filled with nice people all around and nice music with good food.
