Haldiram never disappoints their customers. Ordered my own favourite Raj Kachori and for my wife Pav Bhaji. Both taste so well and as expected. Their service is always on top. Only disappointed with the payment system, they should have to keep their machine active with thorough checks or keep at least 2-3 options for payments. Took almost 10 mins for the payment due to a glitch in the machine.

I must say, it was an absolute delight! Let's start with the Chola Bhature. The dish was served piping hot, and the bhature were perfectly fluffy and crispy. I was travelling to Pune and thought to checkout Haldiram's Outlet outside Nagpur Railway Station. It is located right outside entrance for railway station(Platform-1). I ordered for some sweets and snacks from take away to which the counter person said to take from restaurant inside. I went inside and ordered the same. Ambience is quiet good and fascinated with the same I thought to sit and order something else. Initially I ordered coffee to which restaurant person said to take it from takeaway. To which I said they sent me inside for sweets and again you want me to go outside, so he took the order and i got it without any delay, initially the counter person claimed that it will take so much time and insisting to take from outside. Till this it was fine anyways, however after sometime once my coffee was done i was on phone and the waiter beside me asked the otherone to check whether my coffee is done(in marathi unknowingly that i understand and speak as well ) and immediately brought the bill. To my surprise they were not even bothered to ask if a customer needs anything else. I thought to try some other stuffs but as they already given the bill so i didn't. Although there was no rush but they seem to get rid asap. This is not expected from brand like Haldiram. I do have visited the main origin outlet and also in Pune/Delhi but didn't came across such behavior. Few people are ruining the rapport of Haldirams. Strongly not recommended. Giving 2* because of this experience.

Absolutely delightful experience at Haldiram's Station 24X7 in Nagpur! The Mumbai pav bhaji was bursting with flavors, and the sandwich was perfectly satisfying. Top-notch service in a unique railway coach ambiance. A must-visit for a scrumptious journey!

One of the best restaurants near the railway station. Now no need to go far to get haldiram snacks and food you can get it in nagpur railway station.
