Worst place to hangout, only if your are poor u can go there to waste ur money. It's better to go to other cheap places like roadside shops to eat. I have visited many centers of haldirams throughout the WB, this is the worst one. I would like to mention some points. 1. The behaviour of the staffs are un professional and worst. 2. Unhygienic at the time of rain it drips all over. 3. On one wearing mask, only the security Guard is the educatted guy only. 4. Price is beyond the roof, to the sky. 5. Food is damm cold. 6. They don't even make it warm. Not recommended.
As per brand there was some expectations but very disappointed about food quality. We ordered luchha paratha. The Paratha was so hard and tasteless. According to the price it will be better than thelawala

There is a lot of variety of products available from all packets Haldiram products , amazing types of sweets and as well as fresh cooked meals . But the service is not good as the staff members are inattentive and doesn't care at all...

Pure vegitarian restuarant of Haldiram. All haldiram products are available here including fresh sweets. The food tastes good here but i have been to better Haldiram's restaurant than this in terms of Indian chat and Indian cuisine. Overall nice place to have food.
