Your go-to place for small cravings and unexpected hungers. As expected, the quality of the food is top-notch but what I didn't expect was the service and behaviour of the staffs. I was overwhelmed by their hospitality. They provided me a glass of drinking water (while I was eating) without me asking for the same. I ordered only a piece of Vada-Pav (as I was not that much hungry) which costed me Rs 60/-.
Previously I had visited and had a nice experience but this time the whole scenario had gone different I visited this time on 29th nov with my full family for breakfast and had ordered 8 butter masala dosa out of which 3 dosa was for packing firat of all there were no one present expect us then also they took nearly 45-50 mins to serve the dosa the white chatni was so pathetic and it was stale and was in fridge for how many days I don't know. Then while eating we found caterpillars in the shamber dal. As we complained they just changed the bowl of dal but the problem was it was in the vessel where it was cooked and at last we did not have an option except eating the dosa only with the red chatni. Our whole day went very bad after that as we had lots of stomach issues. They provide stale and unhygienic food please be careful before visiting the store. Previously they really served good food and had maintained hygiene and taste, but now the quality hygiene and taste of everything has become so worse.

The chaats and chole bature here are very good as per my experience.
Among the chaats, I liked their Raj kachori the most.
I had Chinese samosa recently which was good but not that good compared to the chaats. They double fried the samosa which is not preferred by me which made me not like it that much. The stuffing was simple hakka noodles which was good but I won't buy this samosa for the hakka noodles.
We did a take-away. There is dine in area too and you can order on Swiggy too.
26 July 2021: I had food at (the first floor of) this Haldiram's restaurant twice in the last one week - two different kinds of dosas and Uttapam. Both were delicious. The location is also nice, right opposite the bus stand, so, plenty of public transport is also available after eating. Worth a visit if you are that side
Food and service is good but outlet not maintained properly but the concerned team,dirty smell coming from the washroom.

Has a good collection of snacks and sweets though I feel they are a bit pricey. One Malpuwa costed around Rs. 35, which is a lot in a place like Asansol though the taste is good.
One star only for the ambiance. But the snack here is pathetic and stressed don't know how to greet customers. They don't know how a simple samosa chaat looks or a rajkachori. Quantity is very less, presentation of food is worst. Of you want to try a good Haldiram snack do go for the the Haldiram near asansol bus stand. They are far better this.
