Went to NFC outlet on a weekend thinking it will be a mess. But the service was quick, food was good, ambience was positive and clean. Had Raj Kachori, Spl Dahi Bhalla, Masala Dosa, Manchurian with fried rice. Desserts: Moong Dal Halwa, Rasmalai, kulfi, cold coffee All the food was yum and nice presented in biodegradable recycle plates. My only recommendation would be to automate the token system so customers can view their token numbers rather than keep an ear open to staff calling out their order!!
I am absolutely furious with HALDIRAMS' appalling packaging standards! How can a big brand like yours parcel food in such a careless and shoddy manner? It's outrageous that even street shops provide better packaging than what I received from HALDIRAMS. Whether I buy a small or large quantity of sweets, all I get is a cheap plastic-wrapped box that tarnishes your brand's image. Your disregard for quality and branding is infuriating, and as a loyal customer, I demand better packaging for the food I purchase from HALDIRAMS. This level of carelessness is unacceptable

My first experience with Haldirams and it was the best one. Awesome place with humble and friendly staff who wish you "Namastay" at every step of the way. Food is scrumptious and hygienic and the ambience of the place is warm and soothing. Loved the experience and would love to visit again soon.
