Food was good. Raj kachori 5/5, veg special thali 4/5, dhahi bhalla 4/5, rawa masala dosa 2.5/5. Ambience is ok. Food service is not good. They gave priority to pack for the online delivery and take away. We had to wait for long before the food was ready . But food was tasty.
Poor Quality and Poor Quantity food, I had ordered Masala Dosa, Raj Kachori and Tandoori platter. I could only find Raj Kachori to be okay. The aloo mixture of masala dosa was watery and one could easily tell that water was added to make peas soft however it spoiled the entire taste. Tandoori platter quantity was too less as compared to the price. The portion size of dal was too less as compared to the bread served along with the platter.
There was a quote written over the cash counter,
"A satisfied customer is a friend for ages"
But I'm never going back to any other outlets again after such an experience
There are many popular fast food chains running around the world but if you go for the indian food there are very few choices and from those few haldirams is just the best one.
Restaurant setup is very nice and though their is so many customers present at the restaurant still the system of serving is designed so well that nobody just gets irritated by the rush at the restaurant.
Quality of food is the best one either you go on for the desserts or famous indian spicy dishesh they are just perfect at every thing and also compared to those international food chains with big names the prices are very reasonable considering what they have to offer.
Overall it was a nice experience to be at Haldirams and I would love to go again whenever I would get a chance.

The first thing you will notice when you enter in Model Town's Haldiram that it's not same as other stores.Its much premium then other Haldiram's stores. Great environment. Good heigne. following covid appropriate behaviour. Good Staff service. You gonna like the ambience of this particular outlet specially for dine in first floor.
The place is well maintained and properly lit. It has a nice ambience to it. The small hur type sittings are wonderful and gives a feeling of personal space. The food is delicious and mouth savoury. I tried Pav Bhaji, Special Thali and Pizza Grilled Sandwich.
One star less because the portion of Pav Bhaji was very less and it could not satisfy a person.
Its on maine road, easily visible from road. Dining and take away both options are available now. There have facility of contact less order and payment. You can can QR code present on each table for ordering and payment. Self service is recommend here. Taste and quality both are nice. Price are ok ok. Lots of variety available
Attractive interior, great ambiance and located near Model Town metro station.
Food quality was good.
Well there's no authorised parking but you can park your vehicle outside the restaurant, there's sufficient space available.
