The food is great. The staff is very sweet. There is not much waiting but it is a little crowded on weekends. The food is delicious every time no doubt. Recommend it 100%. Will visit again.

Wish there was a half star option. Haldirams should just pick a lane, you are good with sweets, chaat and North Indian food, but draw the line their. Don't venture into cuisines you are not comfortable with. I don't know why, but I just ordered a plain vegetable sandwich, I thought all I wanted was a simple not too heavy and non fried snack, but god what a mistake it was. It was the most pathetic and sad looking dish one could get after paying more than what it deserved for. The sandwich was a piece of bread stuffed with cucumber, tomato and cheese slice sprinkled with obnoxious amounts of masala and a slice of cheese. No sauce, no flavour, absolute garbage. Every bite I took made me angrier on being cheated like this. Haldirams , if you are listening, you can't make sandwiches, leave it to experts and freakin stay in your lane, just do chaat, sweets and North Indian cuisine. Presentation was worse, and for some reason they did not have enough packet of chips to give and said they would send it to my table but never did. NEVER EVEr going to this place again.

We had a 3.5-4 star experience at this Haldiram's. We visited on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't busy. This location is on the ground floor of Logix City Center, Noida. The food that we got--Idli Sambar and Matar Kulcha--tasted pretty good. The Sambar portions were generous, and so was the matar portion. We also got the moong dal halwa, which tasted fresh and divine. It's a good dessert to indulge in. The things that this location and in general Haldiram's can improve on: 1. Doing away with the convoluted ordering method for sweets where you've to first get a paper from sweets counter and then take it to the main cash counter to pay for it(it ends up taking quite a bit of unnecessary time) 2. Accepting international cards for payments, this location didn't accept them 3. Faster service, the service at this location can be a bit more prompt. They've drinking water and washbasin area for washing your hands, which we thought was nice. As is usual of Haldiram's, they serve a variety of North and South Indian dishes along with desserts.

Third class behaviour of staff and they do not give answers to you. Only reason is that you have paid in advance and now you are slave of them. I recommend not to go and waste your peace of mind. I paid them but due to their high headedness and rude dealing I didn't eat there and gave a donation from my side to Haldiram's. RIP

Good quality of food is there and have wide variety of food options such as Chinese, North Indian,South Indian and best fresh lime soda is offered over here. Had a pretty decent experience here. The food was delicious, and the staff were very courteous and responsive. Along with hot food options,plenty of sweets and snack options were also available. The only negative about this outlet is that the seating area is pretty small for a typical Haldiram's. Other than that, it is definitely a worthy place to visit.

Food was too yummy!! I think staff should be increased so that services can be provided fast.

Its good as most of the Haldiram outlets are..but they should keep more helpers for cleaning. We waited near a dirty table for quite a time as there was only one person n he got busy in clearing the main bin.. finally we ourselves cleaned the table...picked up the dirty plates n other things left by someone.. It wasn't a nice feeling before having our own food. If we were not to have food then it would still be okay to help in cleaning too but because we were holding our food plates, I felt like puking.
