So called most premium haldiram now serve its customer with open already seal broken items which would completely destroy your reputation in society if u gift it to ur loved ones and if u would complain to manager AWDHESH JI he would ask u to eat it urself and not cooperative at all i have called him 50 times no reply from them , not even ready to listen even saying ki we can help i can mostly send u that open Ladoo box again if u order something with swiggy . Completely disappointed with the customer support and manager response . They are truly adulterating the products we cant now trust even haldiram the brand . If u are opting this do with ur own risk u won't be supported by anyone no help would be provided and u know what opened diwali gift would blot ur image in ur relations .

Let me begin by saying Haldiram is one of my favourite place to be . But this is probably the only Haldiram store which inspite being close to my house I hate to go. THE MOST UNMANAGED HALDIRAM. In most Haldiram stores once I enter staff are eager to help. This store inspite of Gurgaon's prime location one will have to help himself even if you are standing in-front of them. Billing counters makes mistakes, staff does incorrect packaging & above all manager is least bothered . When u give feedback to manager his answer is "kya kar sakta hai sir". When I write this it is not my story this is the story of others which makes this place so chaotic and unmanageable so I prefer going to other Haldiram stores. Went in to buy Diwali gifts because I was short of few boxes guess what I found history repeating itself. . Manager is clueless in the video. Avoid this Haldiram if you are having guests. Hope someone from Haldiram management looks into my review and start digging in the reason & one get to enjoy this store with a better experience.

It was a nice experience with Haldiram. The food service and quality were as always too good. Chole bhature & Raj kachori are must if you visit Haldiram. Dal Makhani and Rice were too good. There is plenty of free parking available and dine in capacity is also much more than normal Haldiram's restaurants.

Clean and neat seating arrangement. Visited today for a quick snack, liked the Spinach & Corn cheese bread boat. It was very tasty and the bread bun was fresh and soft.

I have ordered Rawa Masala Dosa, it was uncooked and not eatable. I could see Rawa all over Dosa with no base at all. When I went to food section to complaint, he called his chef and said Teacher aaye h. Rawa Masala : 242 Rs (Worthless)

Ok ok atmosphere pav bhaji was very tasty garlic bread was also good we ordered special masala dosa overall nice experience

Veg cheese grilled sandwich served with chips tasted good. Aloo Tikki chaat was nice, but dahi was less according to portion added. Golgappe are 10/10 . Priced at 65/- per plate. Pav bhaji tasted okayish - over priced at 184/- plus taxes. Kesar Rasmalai to end with - super delicious. Priced around 60/- Sandwich and pav bhaji were over priced according to taste. Chaat is good here!

A pretty well organised, medium sized store having plenty of options of sweets and snacks. It is located just near the Centre for Sight eye hospital.
