Staff is not cooperative. When I asked to lower the ac temperature as room was heating , one of the staff member said this is maintained by mall and we can not do anything. And ac temperature remote was in front of him. This is not expected from Haldiram. Food taste was good except cholte bhature and thali. It seems they don't know how to make chole. Paneer sabji in thali was tasteless. We have tried masala leomonade, lassi, rice, manchurian, rawa masala dosa, Idli sambhar, uttapam, pav bhaji, noodles, dahi bahle. Fried rice and manchurian combo was super. Must try.

Dont order from it please..spillage issue is so very usual..every time food got bad due to mixing up..no complaint handling or compensation..also missing items n sides are what it is very good at.

Got parcel of aloo patty and its found very bad and stale ... prefer not to order from them... called resturant and they cut the call and they are not ready to take complaints also. Later gone to outlet and handed over the item and they also agreed that the item is spoiled and stale... this is the quality of food they are selling

Slow service but excellent food.

Pathetic service delivery. You have to run up and down for taking each item you order...and also order at multiple locations n do multiple payments and they won't read the order and give something seemingly things are not fresh.

Their ambience is good....they have nice sitting arrangements.. Behavior of staff is also good...Then coming to the food I ordered two things ie, dahi puchke thats presentation was nice, taste was good, and price is awesome other is pav bhaji..in which they gave bun instead of pav, presentation was normal, taste of bhaji was below normal
