Haldiram's have managed to establish a strong brand and are well-known for their high-quality snacks, meals and sweets. However, during my visits, I haven't noticed any special ambiance in their outlets may be due to token system. Nevertheless, it's impressive to see that they consistently attract a large number of customers.
Till now I went to the Chandrapur's Haldiram twice. Aaloo Tikki, Manchurian, Noodles and Chowmin Fried Rice is what I have there. One thing I observe whenever I go to Haldiram is that their recipes for Indian food taste really awesome. Whether it is Thali, Indian chat, and south Indian snack, they taste really awesome. But the Chinese food and Italian food doesn't taste that good if compared to Indian dishes. So if you are planning to go out with loved ones and want to have some tasty Indian Dishes then Haldiram is one of the best option you can opt for.
It's present in nagpur chandrapur highway infront of the smart bazar and MDR mall. It's good and compact in size currently but in future it may big and spacious. But service and food is quite good you may try it in chandrapur.
No doubt taste and hygiene is good.. but service is really poor and atmosphere is worst so much noise you can't even sit properly and have your meal because of irrelevant noises and bad ambience, another worst thing is the self service if you can't provide better service then please don't charge extra everything is overpriced. Really an overrated restaurant..
Service, atmosphere is good. Clean and neat premises. Arrangements are good and attractive. Mostly all haldiram's products are available. Staff is friendly and quick. Did not had a food there.... So don't know... Average rating... Given.
Its good place for any one to snack in for anytime. It has a huge menu so u might get confused. Snacks are really good here. Sweets are no matter what always the best. Hygiene is properly maintained. Visited here after a long just to check out the cholle bhature n for the taste of it. U get the same everywhere . The taste was good n best .

I recently visited the restaurant, and few suggestions to make customer's life easy. - Billing system is inconvenient, because the outlet is selling all haldiram's products so bifurcating creates confusion especially when there are queues. Accounting through POS remains same and flat, so separate billing is just extra time consumption. - Softy corner distribution, if someone ordered food and also softy then the person has to go outside the premise to get it. If it can be given within the premise then it can be served well. Irrespective of take away or restaurant order. Softy distribution should be allowed to serve inside the premise to avoid inconvenience. Overall food is good, but billing system is just little complex.
According to the price of food they can serve the food but it is self service... The quality of the food is good and tasty... They keep the standards of the place and atmosphere super and marvelous... I had a good time there...
