Haldiram's - Family restaurant in Surat - Surat, India

I loved the atmosphere and dine in of Haldiram's. Personally i love Haldiram's pure ghee Jalebi with sweet rabdi. They have live jalebi counter it's damm tasty and mouthwatering. You can go with friends, family for quite meal. Their food service is good and hygienic. I tried jalebi rabdi, chhole bhature, pani puri, paneer dosa, sev puri. Overall i like that place very much.. They also have snacks counter, gift bucket range.

The atmosphere was great, and the service was excellent. However, I felt that the prices were too high for the food. I enjoyed the food, but I think it would have been better value for money if the prices were lower. I was surprised that the chole bhature cost 229 rupees. I've had chole bhature at other restaurants for much less. The ghee podi masala dosa was good, but I don't think it was worth 189 rupees. The raj kachori was a bit overpriced at 159 rupees.

Food was not to the expectations.. Like I have been to nagpur and delhi . comparison wise I didn't find it tasty. Service is average. Going to the upper middle hotel we aspect a on table service and not self service. The atmosphere was nice... The ambience was good .

Superb place loved the ambiance and how welcoming the people are....place is comfortable and cozy...recommend items 1) dal makani rice bowl 2) fresh bhujiya 3) live jalebi 4) paneee tikka nanza 5) chole bhature 6 ) panwee makhani rice bowl ..... loved all of them they were really yummy....u guys should try them....highly recommend also the sweets counter was yummy

A very good outlet by Haldiram that offers dine in and take-away. Very tasty food and good service. You can order online seating on your table and pay there itself so that you don't have to go to the counter for placing an order. You can also buy other products of Haldiram from a separate counter. Enjoy chhole tiki, papdi chaat, dahi chaat, chhole bhature, daal makhani, uttapam .... Worth a visit... Food lovers must visit this restaurant.

I recently visited a restaurant amidst all the hype surrounding it, but unfortunately, it failed to live up to the expectations. The overall quality of the food was average, leaving much to be desired. While the online ordering system was convenient, it seemed that many people were unfamiliar with it, resulting in a chaotic rush for manual ordering. This lack of an efficient ordering system was a major drawback, especially when compared to other common restaurants. A few of the dishes I tried were the Raj kachori is must try, Pav bhaji was an average, Panipuri below average better to have at stall, Panner tikka rice was good but felt like ready to eat types taste, Ragda tikki, which turned out to be excessively spicy. To my surprise, the restaurant did not provide a separate sweet chutney, which would have balanced the flavors. It's disheartening when a dish lacks attention to detail, as it can significantly impact the dining experience. What baffled me even more was the absence of drinking water. Instead, customers were forced to purchase expensive bottled water priced at a steep Rs. 60. This practice felt like an unnecessary burden on our wallets, and it left a bitter taste in my mouth. Fortunately, after voicing my concerns to the manager, they managed to arrange drinking water, but this issue should not have arisen in the first place. Overall, my experience at the restaurant was just okay. Considering the quality of the food, it seemed that the prices were on the higher side. I expected a more enjoyable dining experience, given the hype surrounding the place, but unfortunately, it fell short. I hope that the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously and makes improvements where necessary. It's important for them to address issues such as food quality, the ordering process, and the availability of basic amenities like drinking water. While my experience may not represent the norm, it's crucial for potential customers to be aware of the shortcomings they might encounter.

Haldiram is the one of the best place for chhole bhature, punjabi, snacks, jalebi and specially for Delicious chaat. Interior is amazing and quality of food is very good, serve live food only and very good services and staff behaviour. I suggest try Raj kachori and Jalebi

Very tasty food and lots of options. Pav bhaji and Raj Kachori were the best! They have live jalebi and it was perfectly made and yummy! It can get chaotic and loud depending on the time of the day. Overall I liked the place!
