Not the good place to go for lunch or dinner or anything. We have ordered veg manchurian which was cooked in the morning for someone else they have reheated that food and served. After asking they have told it was prepared in the morning only . The food was smelling strange not as manchurian for sure.
Decent ambience. I ordered Chhole Bhature and 3-4 sweets, all were good in taste. Staffs are polite and welcoming. Card payment accepted.
Chole Bhuture was like bigger sized puri and chole(not that good), they were not interested in knowing the feedback at all, unprofessional staffs....Playing with the name of a popular brand. I have had very good experience with haldiram's restaurant of other cities but this one is not worth just the dummy one.
One of the best place to eat in Purnia. We celebrated a friend's birthday. Taste is very authentic. Hoping the future experience will remains same.
There should be improvement in the service of the hotel's staff. There should be at least free water for the customer but there is not even free water. There should be respect for every customer but no respect here for any customer, even the manager talks with the staff regarding the order like " uska kya order h ..ye mna kr do Jake .. bol do nhi h ..bol do jane ..like this . " ...very bad service.
