Absolutely disappointed with my experience at this property. Despite reading reviews and choosing what seemed like a decent place for my family, what we got was utterly unacceptable. From the very start, we were greeted with inefficiency and an appalling lack of customer service. We, a tired group of 8 adults and 6 young children, had to wait for a staggering 40 minutes just to check in, all while the reception staff seemed baffled and indifferent about our booking. Their unprofessionalism was evident when we were made to wait an additional hour for our second condo. The rooms themselves were far from the standards one would expect. We were greeted with an unpleasant odor, necessitating the use of air fresheners. The bathroom size was comically small, and the lack of basic amenities like cutlery in the kitchen was shocking. We had multiple issues: a jammed toilet door, a non-functional AC, and a completely sealed-off kitchen in one condo! Not to mention, the absence of basic bath towels. Ordering anything online was another ordeal as we had to personally walk to the security gate to retrieve our orders. Their swimming pool area? Filthy. And navigating the property, with no direct lift to the parking and having to pass through dingy, uncleaned areas, was nothing short of a nightmare. The general attitude of the staff towards our grievances was the icing on the cake. Their cold, unresponsive demeanor indicated a complete lack of concern for guest experience. I strongly advise against staying here. With subpar amenities, poor service, and an evident disregard for guest satisfaction, this property is not just non-recommendable, it's a place to be actively avoided.

Very nice property available at great prices. Rooms are very big and clean. Gym and swimming pool are clean and properly functioning. Stayed here for 2 days and had a great experience. Staff is also good and will solve all your problems immediately.

We did my daughters birthday there . The organising and hospitality , service n location was fabulous . The food was ultimate . Thanks to the main chef . They maintained amazing taste n quality of food thruout the buffet . Big thanks to Manager Ventakesh for helping us thruout the event . Very courteous staff at halcyon !

This is an apartment establishment in a residential area where they will offer you a room in a 2bhk or 3bhk with a common living room. I stayed there for a single day and the staff was friendly. The taste of the food was very bad though the breakfast spread was great.

We stayed there for 4 nights. The stay was memorable. The rooms were very nice and service was great. Would like to stay there whenever I will be in Bangalore. We got a quiet corner room with a green view. Overall the stay with my family was quite pleasant. All of us enjoyed the stay.

Lack of communication, housekeeping walked in after we checked in early. Was billed 600 for towels having blood stain, brought the towels down to reception to show in front of everyone, embarrassing, could've just told me. Would not recommend.
