The park is well maintained and it is a peaceful place for morning or evening walk. The lake view is really great. And also the way covered by trees are nice. There is no entry fees for the park. One can do running, jogging, walking or any other exercises there. It also has some equipments for exercise. Restrooms are also available there. But some parts of the park stinks bad because of sewer.
The lake is situated in the heart of the city Just a KM away from MG road and Commercial Street. A small park is there for children and boating as well. The maintenance is an average mode but lot of crowd gathers here in the evenings. The walking track is a very hard surface and currently is not fit for fast walking. Unless it is paved with concrete or locking bricks, it would be difficult to jogging regularly. Both shoes and toes will go for a toss.

Excellent place for hanging out or getting peace of mind. Lake is very beautiful with seating available all round the lake. It also has stretching points and is a great place for photography. Lake is huge and timings are 6 to 10am and 4 to 8pm. Must visit near MGRoad
