I highly recommend using Hakuna Matata Tours to coordinate trips in India. They planned a last minute trip for our group of four to experience Agra and Jaipur and covered everything: transportation, guides, and a customized itinerary that allowed us to make the most of our time. We didn't have to worry about a thing, which allowed us to relax and soak up the experience. They were flexible to our requests to make quick additions to the itinerary or to take breaks to enjoy local food and drink. We had the trip of a lifetime and want to say THANK YOU for making it happen!
The arrangements were very good. The co ordinators and other concerned persons are very cordial and supportive and help ful. Over all experience was very good .
Kedarnath Yatra Ex-Dehradun: The service was absolutely awesome. At Dehradun, the car was already there at the airport. The driver was also really helpful. There was a point where my phone was not reachable and my family was tensed but the members of Hakuna Matata got working on it immediately and managed to get in contact and that was very nice of them to do so. All the hotels and all were very good and i had a very beautiful darshan at Kedarnath, all thanks to Hakuna Matata.
Madhura and Parthima have planned my Uncles Kerala trip so well. While the trip was planned last minute and she had to plan everything for the next day, it takes a lot of experience and effort to plan just in few hours that too at an economical price point. Thanks Halunam Matata for all your help!

We had a very dissappointing experience with our recent stay in Bangkok. The hotel that Hakuna booked for us was in a bad neighbourhood, so much that even my 15 yr old daughter felt very scared during check-in. We called Hakuna immediately upon check-in, but did not get the expected level of support from them to change the accommodation - in fact their local rep got irritated & told us to cancel, pay for cancellation & book new hotel of our choice if we so wished. As a traveller to a foreign country, you put your trust completely in the travel planner to plan the best experience for you - these guys seem to have very limited options that they offer to you.
Overall management was excellent. Our trip was managed properly along with the customisation we suggested. Staff behaviour was polite and were responsive as well. We had an issue at the hotel. The coordinator helped here to rectify that as well.
