Hakuna Matata This pet-friendly cafe is a great place to chill out with your friends and your fur babies. The ambience is pretty. You can hang out with your friends while you sip on your favourite drinks and nibble on some quick bites and other dishes. Just a suggestion to the team to work on their management and customer satisfaction. They have a wide range of dishes on their menu. The mocktails we tried Kiwi-based and Blue Hawai were refreshing. Caramel Custard is a nice option to try here. Have a great time you guys. Enjoy!

I recently visited Hakuna Matata on JM Road in Pune. Although the ambiance was pleasant, I found the prices to be unjustified. Our order of cheesy jalapeno poppers came with a dip that had an unpleasant taste. The pizza we ordered lacked seasoning, and even though I tried to find something positive, the next dish didn't help either. The Chinatown Sizzler we ordered was disappointing, with a pasty patty and unseasoned rice. The only saving grace was the noodles in the sizzler. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't consider going back. I would rate the place a 4/10.

This is the first visit and it is going to be the last. Food and service quality were extremely disappointing. Ordered a sizzler and it far far away from a sizzler. The staff seemed confused and inattentive. Serving guy is not even aure the dish he is carring is veg or non-veg. The loud music didnt allow any of our group member to interact, we were literally shouting at each other. My candid opinion is that i might give it another shot but wont suggest to anyone basis tonight's experience

Great place with a calm and cozy ambience and good food. They have good liquor offers and if you have a dine out subscription like we do then you'll get 25% off on the total bill. We ordered chicken pops which is the chefs special,cheese fondue and tandoori mushroom. Chicken pops were tasty and proved to be a good side dish. Cheese fondue was delicious and well presented and the quantity was also really good! Tandoori mushroom were a bit under but they compensated for that with the delicious marination that they were cooked in. I will definitely recommend everybody to go for their cheese fondue,just remind them to light the stove below the fondue pot as due to the winter it tends to get cold fast! The service is excellent,the waiters are eager to serve and have an extremely polite and cordial attitude! The bartender is also helpful and he requested us to try the barman's special cocktail,we did and it was nothing short of fabulous. Do give it a try. The place is pet friendly hence has beautiful cats roaming around that tend to jump on your table when it remains unattended, we love cats so had no issues about it. But if you don't like them make it a point to inform the waiters to keep them away from your table! This place is perfect for good and relaxed weekend night with friends or your partner!

Worst service ever got Take 1hr to serve one bowl of popcorn nd cold drinks worst restaurant ever met not recommended to big crowd. Who ever have guts to sit here nd want food nd drinks please bring chips or extra snacks with yourself because from the owner to the waiter every one fools you I think manager is like AWARD ANSHUMAN from Khatta-Mitha ABHI THIK KARKE DETA HOON nd no service till next 2 hrs. Choice is yours Good luck

If you ever gate free food nd drinks here please dont come here. Poor management. Waiters discussing raw materials unavailablilty in front of customer. Customer come nd went back due to this problem. No service at a time. Hope owner of this restaurant will see this comment nd take care of this.

The ambience of the place is party like. The food served was fresh and taste was tantalizing. I had ordered jalapeno and cheese poppers and its taste is still lingering on my tongue. The paneer chilli was also delicious. Chicken nuggets were appetizing. The sauce used in star shaped pizza was piquant.
