Worst experience. Not attending calls and the staff are so arrogant that they can't speak properly to the attendees. Giving appointment at 1.p.m and our turn comes at 4.30 p.m.

Treatment may be giving relief to the patient but system is very very bad after waiting for long hours to meet Doctor he speaks like Rajdhani express and his attendant doesnallow to speak anything extra and have to wait for hours to take medicine. Over all system is very very bad

Ego loaded should wait for long hours even if you came from long distance

One day fully gone... If you are coming from longer to this place, definitely you will get disappointment or more angry... You should wait to meet doctor atleast 6 hours from your appointment time and wait to get medicine minimum 3 hours... Whether it's curing the disease or not, but these are essentials to handle the patients. Definitely patients lose their patience... Even Doctor taking 1 or 2 minutes only to meet the patients, but still it's taking too much time... My worst experience I have ever seen...

The doctor here understands patient's problem very well and the treatment is done 100% perfect. Good Doctor & he is a great person. Patients have to follow what the doctors say regarding taking medicines on said time and also patients should keep a track about their food according to their health. Staff has to be trained a bit more on handling visitors, giving medicines etc.

This review is not of the doctor. He's a very popular Hakeem and has cured many Alhamdulillah. This review is of the terrible infrastructure and logistics. 1. Location: Its a bit inside, if you are coming from out of Pernambut in a car, leave your vehicle on the main road somewhere close to bus stand and take a rick. The roads are narrow and all probability of getting stuck in street and Bazar traffic. 2. Appointment: No visit to doctor without an appointment, whatsoever. That is fine and appreciated. But do they honor the time of appointment? 3. Price: I won't debate on price as his treatment works most of the times and they charge anywhere from 400-2000 for 1-3 month's medicine. To me, that's reasonable. 4. Waiting: My biggest problem is that we have to call on a specific day to seek appointment one week in advance, and be there exactly on time to collect token and if you get late, they won't honor the appointment. But doctor can get late, no issues on that. I had waited for more than 2 hours and finally gave up and left. For an appointment that was taken 7 days back and we were there on time to collect the token, still had to wait for 2-3 hrs. This is pathetic. 5. Infrastructure: Its a cramped small house and clinic is in the guest room. Doctor sits in guest room, there's a medicine dispensing counter at men's waiting area. Women's waiting area is the entrance to that house. Atleast 10 men can sit, there's a bench. I have seen women standing for more than 2 hours due to lack of a bench or chair. I heard there are limited seats on ladies side as well. Only providing good treatment is not enough, there has to be basic facilities like seats, water provided. Is this asking too much? 6. Token: Token contains only name and appointment time, doesn't contain token no and the doctor calling is by name, don't display which token has gone now and when will you get your turn. You will be in for a surprise. While I trust them, this could be used to manipulate to send somebody who came later or didn't had an appointment. 7. Payment: Please take cash, couple of thousand per person as they don't accept any other form of payment. I went there without cash, waited for an hour, realized my no will come much later than what the appointment was for, so went to ATM and came back, still it was moving slower, so left. So that's it from my side. Keep a day free and visit with plenty of time if you have issues that definitely needs treatment. Otherwise skip it would be my advice.

We took medicine for my son and mom. It helped and cured a lot. 3 time medicine and need to follow strict diet as per instruction. We couldn't continue because my son found it difficult to take itall 3 times a day. Travelling Every month and waiting takes so much of time. Iwould recommend to friends and family

Worst exp in Life. Outstation people will go mad waiting for their turn to meet doctor. And their Staff is arrogant and savage people. Cant describe my fruatration
