He went about cutting my hair literally like he was cutting excess grass. Not exaggerating! No measure, no gentleness, no care. It was really like watching a gardener cut excess growth. He cut it too short when I told him not to. When I said it's too short, he was like "there's still hair". I'll hate my look for the next 3 weeks now. Definitely a bad choice. Fake reviews, at least for the men's haircut.
I went for a hair wash and blowdry and asked them to give light curls on being asked how I want to keep my hair. The hair stylist was skilled and nice but the owner/manager whoever was present at the reception did not allow the stylist to put a hairspray on my hair which I absolutely don't understand why because my hair is absolutely silky and thin, which the stylist acknowledged himself so it had to get ruined within minutes and that is exactly what happened. Pathetic experience due to this because the sole purpose of a blowdry is ruined if I don't even walk out of the salon with my hair looking nice
The hair cut they gave was spectacular, they gave the exact same design as I showed! The hair wash was also really good, and I hope to come here again!

Staff is arrogant, they won't even apologise for making clear mistakes even after repeated clear instructions. Moreover it feels like they don't even want to cut your hair if you're a man. Couple of times their service was okay so decided to go there even after rude and arrogant behaviour as it was close to my place after that it's been a hellish experience for the last couple of times. Won't go, Won't recommend. Owner is nice and tries to keep things in check though.
