I had highlights done at this salon. In first attempt I didn't like my look at all. Upon my concern they made some changes to my hair as per my preferences. Now I really like my new look. The main person who did my hair is Aju is very kind and supportive. The best part is that they didn't charge any extra for the second service. Thank u Ajju , Jerry
I always come to this salon whenever I am in Mohali and I must say every time the team exceeds my expectations. Sandy took care of my hair today, and he did a wonderful job, especially in the way he cut my hair, making it look healthy and bouncy. Highly recommended

I went in to get my hair straighten along with balyage , met with Sandy and the manager on floor. Sandy gave me great price and provided me suggestions on what can be done on my hair to make them look even better. I got an appointment very fast and my hair treatment ( kera smooth plus hair color along with treatments)was done by ZARRY who was extremely thorough and patient ( i picked a color which was not available ,Zarry and Sandy mixed multiple colors to bring the correct shade), it took whole day to get the amazing results i wanted, they did not rush me at all. I also got my toddlers hair cut done by Sandy who did an amazing job with my little one without any hassle along with entertaining her. Whole team was approachable and helpful. I was offered lunch and beverages several times. I had a pleasant experience working with the whole team. Thank you Zarry and Sandy and team for the top notch service.
Very Immature staff. Waste of money.I am very disappointed by their work and will not recommend anyone to visit them. There are many better options near to this salon. I went there for threading and hair cut but I got threading cuts during the threading and despite telling her, she was not cautious at all.

Having visited this saloon for many a times, I can say with certainty that it's one of the best saloon around.,starting from good customer service, helpful and friendly staffs and great working ethics.
