The worst experience ever..as per all the reviews I went to the salon to get hair Botox done which was done by Sr stylist Manish..he recommended me to get silk essence collagen treatment and for which he quoted 10k. I agreed to it and confirmed that I want good results if I am paying 10k to which he agreed. And this is the worst collagen treatment I experienced.I obviously ended up paying 6.5 k which is not even worth..
Premium services.. My hair color turned out great.. Pawan & his team are pro in their art.. You won't be disappointed. And for facial, I had Amy.. soft yet firm massage will leave you relieved.. Must visit for pampering yourself.
Was very skeptical opting out Hair masters galleria but they did the services i opted a lot better than I expected or maybe the best i have ever experienced. Totally professional staff and polite behaviour by the leads. Loved it, Looking forward to visit soon.

First time visited this salon having heard alot about it but the experience was worst. The staff is unprofessional and the guy who did my haircut (Imran Ali, not sure about the name) was more concerned about his Instagram to post my haircut which he wanted to do as per him. Despite specifically telling him about the style I want, he totally did it as per him. Moreover he was very rude and unprofessional and was repeatedly calling me "YAAR". Not a good experience at all.
Came to hair masters for the first time in February for hair botox, global hair color (got it done by Pawan) and since then don't feel like going anywhere else. They actually have superb professionals and masters for hair treatments that's how this Salon truly justifies its name "Hair Masters".. Later on got collagen hair treatment done (by Manish) and this time also superb results. The entire staff possess positive attitude, respect for the clients and gives you an amenable environment to make you feel like home. Not only this, their packages and surprise complimentary services makes it more than worth the price. Thank you Pawan for ensuring that I always go back with a big smile. My experience at HairMasters is not really been amazing. They have spoilt my root touch up twice & they are not even ready to accept there mistake ( after spoiling my colour they are offering me a free touch up ... they think they can makeup for there mistake by offering that) unprofessional team
