Last week i requested for fridge service. Still now no response
I am from Avinashi. Bought a washing machine in Coimbatore within 11 months having water intake issue. The day we were raised the complaints with the store staff the next day the service person came to my home and resolved it. Very good customer support they have given.
The service centre is located near Powerhouse area. Strict covid 19 rules are followed. Social distancing is well maintained. A personal came out and asked for details of my requirement. She took my phone number and said that the technician would call me and visit my house that day or the next to service my refrigerator which has over cooling problem. After three days of my request a technician called me and said that he would visit my house the next day. Only on the fourth day he came and replaced the switch and the fridge now is okay. The service charge is Rs. 350 and the v cost of the switch is Rs. 650. Haier offers a reliable service.
Service is awfull as they replaced a better product instead of my old product which is less cost and taking 3 weeks time to deliver. Worst customer representatives in the service center and response is not appropriate.
Worst service, they never attend calls. Never suggest this showroom. I not interst to give one star. So much time better vasanth and co.
Not recommend.. 1. Staff behaviour is Very poor 2. Very irritating..They will never respond to your calls. 3. Place is not like service centre 4. I don't even want to give a single star..
Dont ever go to this service centre .. Very irritating..They will never respond to your calls.. I don't know why they are running this service centre.. They used to say six months warranty of the product while servicing and once if the problem comes with in six months they used to change the warranty as one month.. when i went in person to ask this the man in the centre is blabbering something and asked me to wait and went for a phone call got irritated and came back.. I don't even want to give a single star..
Good showroom and well treating manner... they helped me in fridge service which i bought from them 1 yr back and i lost the bill but they helped me out and i did my service
