Please avoid projects from this builder. I am writing this w.r.t to my experience with Habitat Eden Heights (one of the **premium** project by this developer). - They got 2 extension by RERA but even after that the construction is not yet completed. The final RERA date was 30th March 2023 but the building is still under construction. - They have deviated multiple times from the initial plan and the amenities they had promised at the time of booking the flat. All the amenities are still either under construction or yet to be started. - The finishing work for flats in the 3 towers that they have completed so far is pathetic. From wiring, to tiles installation, to grouting, to finishing in balcony, everywhere they have done cost cutting. God know where have they diverted all the money collected from us. - The security hired by them is also quite bad (Paridigm security). Few days ago one of the night security guard caught stealing petrol from the resident's vehicle from the parking. All the 5 star reviews are from the employee working here. Please go through their project's google reviews before investing in them.

I have given token advance to them and they will not provide required documents. We are chasing them for EC certificate and they are not ready to provide. And the customer relationship manager, doesnot answer calls, doesnot reply to msgs. Pathetic experience

I am utterly disappointed with my experience at Habitat Eden Heights. This project has been plagued with issues from the very beginning, and I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to invest in or trust this development. Here are some of the major concerns I've faced: Unacceptable Delays: Despite being granted two extensions by RERA, the project is far beyond its original deadline of March 30, 2023. The lack of progress is astonishing, and there is no clarity on when it will actually be completed. Zero Transparency: The lack of transparency is astounding. While the builder claims to have applied for an Occupancy Certificate (OC), I have serious doubts about the veracity of this claim. Tower 4 is still under construction, raising questions about fire NOC and overall safety. Safety Compromised: It's deeply concerning that people have been allowed to move into the building while construction is ongoing. The absence of proper safety measures is a red flag and showcases a blatant disregard for the well-being of residents. Shoddy Workmanship: The quality of work done within the flats is abysmal. Grouting is already coming undone, and there are leaks in bathroom pipes. This not only reflects poor craftsmanship but also a lack of attention to detail and resident comfort. Rainfall Woes: Rain turns the corridors into a flood zone, a situation that is simply unacceptable. This lack of proper drainage points to serious design and execution flaws. Ineffective CRM Team: The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team's non-responsiveness is frustrating and unprofessional. This further compounds the issues faced by residents who are desperately seeking solutions. Lift Woes: The fact that not all lifts have been installed, even though residents have already paid the full amount, is a clear betrayal of trust. The alleged condition for installing lifts after 70% occupancy feels like a ploy to stall and create unnecessary complications. Given these numerous issues, I strongly advise against considering Habitat Venture's upcoming/current projects as your future home. It's wise to invest in a reputable Grade A builder, even if it seems more expensive initially. The long-term benefits in terms of quality, peace of mind, and hassle-free living will far outweigh any short-term savings. Do not fall for Habitat Ventures' sales pitch; their lack of honesty and commitment is evident, and their promises are empty. Stay away and spare yourself the frustration and disappointment.

Horrible experience as customer. Huge delay in project and payments demanded arbitrarily. No one responds to queries. Customers are treated very badly.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have had the most horrible experience with habitat ventures. This is with respect to the Habitat iluminar project. I invested in 2017 and the project was due early 2019 even before the pandemic began. There has been extreme delays in the delivery of the project. They claim the pandemic to be the reason, whilst the project was due much before the pandemic hit and restrictions were put. They finally started handing out apartments in 2022, without completing the amenities. Getting in touch with any of them is extremely hard. The contact numbers provided barely respond.

Very professional of a business with great quality and atmosphere with immense attention to detail. 10/10. Would recommend.

It was an amazing experience working with them. loved their professionalism and outlook on construction. Must recommend.
