Yesterday I had a hand wax, and on a little area or my hand got burn. I complain to the owner of the salon and staff.
Owner didn't ever bother to pick call further and one of the staff said "hojata hai ase" it means they are usual to this.
They are running a known brand but the staff they hired are not experienced.
Highly recommended to visit other salon.

Very unprofessional specially the person at the counter. He gives preference to his known people and get other customer wait despite they came earlier. But the staff on the job is good. Highly disappointed. This is my last visit to them.

I visited here for the first time and even got my hair spa done for the first time. I really liked the service here. Staff were very well trained and well behaved. They gave me their services very calmly. The staff named as Arman and another female staff with him was very polite as well as treated with very good suggestions. Price is little bit of more but services are good
