The doctors and nurses and all the staff are kind and helpful in exception for an Ophthalmologist named Dr. Sielda Gomes at the ESI dispensary. She behaved rudely with my father who is a senior citizen and also asked him to visit her private clinic for his eye checkup instead of the ESI Dispensary. Later on found out that she told the other patients as well to visit her private clinic for checkup and behaves rudely with patients who come for a checkup at the ESI dispensary.

The head doctor Dr. Edwin, nurses and staff were extremely helpful and excellent at their respective jobs during my time in the hospital . I am grateful to have been treated and taken care of really well and fully recovered. Even though it's a Government hospital, it felt more like a 5 star hotel. Dr. Edwin and his staff were very light hearted and kept us all motivated to fight these difficult times together . We appreciate every single one of them and recommend this hospital to anyone that's looking for treatment God bless Dr.Edwin and his entire staff.

Doctor, Nurses and other staff is polite and good. Food is of worse quality there is no taste at all. You cannot eat such food you will get more sick. I have not eaten for last 4 days. They don't allow outside Tiffin services as second option. Atleast minimum they should allow outside food. Just got breakfast it is very spicy and salty you just cannot put the food in your mouth

It's a good place overall the staff is responsible, there's a large parking lot and we don't get charged for parking which is a good thing isn't, maintenance is regular and the new workers may be rude to a certain extent (probably), but the people working there and have year's of experience should be able to handle thing's quite well .I'm writing this review as of 27th Nov 2020 . I am Prakash George , staying at Savardi , Goa. I was having breathlessness and tested Positive for Covid at ' Savardi ' Health Center on 15 - October - 2020. I opted for Camp stay. On reaching ' Shiroda ' camp my Oxygen level was going down to 84 / 85. So immediately I was rushed to South Goa District Hospital HOSPICIO. On reaching there at 6:30 pm in the rain my condition was fast deteriorating. I was immediately given Oxygen and they took X- ray & ECG . Then they shifted me to ESI - Corona - Hospital - Madgaon ,with Oxygen connected in Ambulance 108. At about 9:30 pm after initial check up & documentation , got admitted in Bed No - 83 - 3rd floor. There my treatment started with Oxygen Mask connected round the clock. Initial 5 days were Critical. The Doctor who visited for Rounding at the 3rd floor at about 11 am from 15-October to 21- October was really Special. Everyday He used to analyse in detail the improvement of each patient and changed medicine suitably. With his Sincere & tireless efforts , within 6 days he brought me out of the Critical stage which my body could visibly feel. Since he was in full Corona suit , I could not even see his full face. Neither could I get his Name or Phone Number , that I could personally thank him once before leaving. After initial improvements , they shifted me from Critical room to Ground floor. The Oxygen continued for 4 more days , a total of 10 days. Slowly they reduced Oxygen Scale & finally took trial without Oxygen Mask. Now my Breathlessness was fully cured. But Oxygen saturation without mask was was 91/92 , which slowly improved up to 96/97 on my Date of Discharge on 2nd - November - 2020. Really Hats Off for the dedicated Service of (1) Doctors , Nurses & Service Staff (2) No shortage of Oxygen for any patient , round the Clock. (3) Good House Keeping by Cleaning Staff / neat toilets (4) Food quality OK all these at Zero cost on Patients i.e fully free treatment . Due to which I got back my life and returned Home Safe & Sound by God's grace. One important thing I would like to mention here is that although we are outsiders from Kerala , we got all the care , treatment & Hospitality on par with Goans , right from 'Savardi' Health Centre from my Covid positive detection to ESI ,Covid Hospital , Madgaon till my discharge ,safe & sound. In this panic situation people are afraiding to come in this area,where as paitaint I m writing that our medical staff Dr,our sisters cleaning staff are working very efficiently,those who are complaining they are fool.you are crying for your self just think those who are doing something for some one.treatment,medicines are in time with very little staff,food quality is good,only slightly toilet side cleaning is required,few taps and flushes are notworking properly,cleaning of toilet is required otherwise all is fine govt is trying to manage many things with little staff.no problem there is no end of complaints.
