Spent overnight, 1. Rooms good quality 2. Staff reasonable and receptive 3. Front office have good patience and explains in detail. Water park also good but we should plan better with timings... Overall place to enjoy with family and friends

Multiple rides are there for kids to enjoy. Two water pools, one wave pool and rain dance is available. Most of the people spending time in these pools. What I found is professionalism is missing there. Once you enter there, no guidance where to start to avail the rides. While taking the tickets for entry, no queue, no computerised system exists. They enter visitors names in a book. They asking money for the tickets and if we ask for any other mode, then allow us to pay via UPI. No card payment. For water games, to get tubes need to pay 100/- and no queue here. You just need to muscle here with others to get the tubes. For the first one hour, tube is free, after that they charge 50/- for each hour. If you return back the tube in one hour they will give 100/- back. Again, all this process is manual that takes lot of time. There are not enough restaurants available inside to accommodate the visitors. You need to wait for your turn. They will not allow food from outside. So better prepare if you plan to go on holidays and weekends to get your turn for the restaurants. If they can address above issues, it's a good place to visit.

We had a very nice and memorable experience today at Haailand Resorts (Club Continental). I was in search of a good venue in the entire South India for a destination event of my daughter's function. Luckily, we came to know about Haailand Resorts. Iam writing this review after the function. I can clearly say that Haailand Resorts is one of the best venue for destination events in India. The entire staff are very co-operative and arranged everything perfectly and on time for our function. The ambience is very pleasant and the location is very convenient for any guest. I must specially mention about two important persons who took our function to the sky level. The General Manager of Haailand Resorts, Mr. SEKHAR and the Event Manager, Mr. ROOP KUMAR. Whatever requirement we have, they arrange it without saying NO. We are really thankful to them for making our function a great memory to all our guests. The Management of Haailand Resorts is very friendly and their objective is always to see the happy eyes of the guests. They put alot of efforts to make it happen. Overall, we are very happy and had a great function and beautiful memories. Thanks alot to the management and the entire staff of Haailand Resorts...

Fun loaded experience with family and friends but not worth the price, Entry ticket is over priced and there are many rides for which we should pay additional 50rs. Also for water rides they are charging 50rs per tube for 1hour(if we return the tube before an hour money will be refunded) which is very disappointing

Its a nice place to enjoy with friends and family full day. Only largest theme park in Andhra Pradesh. Maintenance also very nice,resortsand swimming pools good.

Its a nice place to enjoy with friends and family full day. Only largest theme park in Andhra Pradesh. But, Maintenance need to be improved. Water is not very clean in lazy pool and resort swimming pool. Skin irritation till 2 days. Need to add few more rides also.

When compared to previous years the prices were increased with some technical changes as well.Food will not be available all the time and only 1 restaurant is present this might be a trouble to familes.So makesure of everything and enjoy with your dear ones.

Worst experience I ever had so far , please don't book your accommodation with them, no proper maintenance, no one to answer properly, management is too bad , service is too worst though couple of them are good but over all it's a negative. Please don't plan your accommodation with them particularly when you are traveling with your kids, no hot water in my room and in my friend's room no water at all, phone is not working to call the reception or house keeping, No water kettle provided which is a basic necessity, no refrigerator, Manager cheated us saying they will give us pool access but the swimming pool is under maintenance, even before one hour of check-in he never mentioned that even after we enquired about the pool multiple times, 12 people with 5 kids we stayed there in 6 rooms but no one was happy, which is really sad. This place is good only for people who like to go for a weekend drinks. By the way in a 3 star property which they claim there is bar lounge which is strange and you need to go out if you want to grab a pint which is 3 kms away , this place is isolated far away from the city.
