Choosing a notable bar in a city like Dibrugarh is no easy feat. After extensive drinking and thinking I picked the best quintessential bar around Dibrugarh to spend a cozy evening. It has to be H2O, I just love this place. Enduring, elegant, and inured. One of the very few quintessential bar in Dibrugarh to spent a cozy evening with friends and family. This stylish date night setting restaurant with classic movie posters all around brings out a dressy crowd and has been cherished since it was opened.
This place should change it's name to H2O ( for men's only)....i would recommend guys to visit this place ...but girls, the uncomfortable staring you get out there....i couldn't even look around and i had to leave the place just after 1 drink ( their gaze forced us to leave)...the place feels unsafe for girls ONLY.. Girls please visit some nice and safe places. PS: the cocktail is messed up!!!

Definitely the best bar in Dibrugargh! The staff is so professional, well trained and polite, offering a smile every time they attend you. They always come to check if everything is ok and if you enjoy. Music is also great. The owner is extremely friendly and makes sure that the staff is doing a proper job, always trying his best to entertain everyone. Amazing place! I will go back every time I'll get the chance! This is the best place without a doubt! I've just been in India only since February, but this was the best experience!

It is a good place to hangout with friends whether for a drink or a casual conversation. Especially as a girl I can say that it is one of places in Dibrugarh a girl can be in a Bar without feeling conscious or burning a hole in the pocket. The ambiance and the interior is good. The stuff is very well mannered and the food is also great and budget friendly
