Trainer available all the time , cardio section in the 1st floor , weight training and machines on the 2nd floor . Well managed gym
I have a nice experience in this gym so far. Everyone is very supportive and helpful. There is a seperate cardio section where you can take advantage of various equipment like the treadmill. You can also use their mats, resistance bands, and stepper. In the main gym you can find all types of equipment, weights and benches for exercise. Whatever your fitness goal is, you can achieve here. The admission fee is Rs1000 and monthly fees is Rs900. Although it is a bit on the higher side, I'd say it's totally worth it. I can confidently say that this is the best gym in Barasat

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
