Location is pretty accessible from Igatpuri railway station. The pool is pretty cool. The food and service was great.
This property is nice and clean. The staff is helpful and courteous. There is no open garden area for kids to play in so keep that in mind if booking for families with little children. Otherwise the pool and rooms are all well maintained.
Owner of the Villa is having Rude Behaviour. No indoor games & facility available. Swimming pool is also not so good. Cost of villa is very high & not value for money. When we visited AC of 2 rooms were not working & lots of our time was wasted & still owner was not ready to compensate & he is money minded. No customer centric approach. Poor maintanance. We visited in July'22.
Great Place to spend time with Family and Friends..... They have huge rooms... Good sized pool, dedicated to your group.... Food was tasty.... All and all it was neat, clean and nice!
Very clean and spacious rooms with good room service although don't expect the staff to be like ones from any 4 or 5 hotel. They are locals who are decent enough to manage everything. During our stay they did not provide enough bath towels (only 1 per room!) and other toiletries (only one common soap, no shampoo,no brush,no shaving kit) This villa is located very close to the local excursion spots. Worth a stay or more for sure. Would recommend it
Good property..but not maintained ... Trees were infected/ diseased n not taken care of. The house was dusty..n sofas were torn... The housekeepers were very helpful.. Pool & terrace were nice .Rooms are spacious & bathrooms are clean.The cutains & bedsheets and towels are black ..looked dirty n gloomy .. 200 mtrs from the highway... Poor approch road. Too much construction going around .. so very noisy. By the way the property is not on the mountain.
Loved every bit of our stay at the h2o infinity villa. The ambience and location of the villa is too good. Also it is well maintained and clean. The cherry on the cake are the caretakers. They make you feel welcomed and are extremely helpful. Overall it's a must visit with your family and friends.
