H2O Live Fit is the Best Gym In Ambala Cantt. This is the best place, if you really want to train and not just pose in front of mirrors. H2O Live Fit has given me one of the best experiences of gym out of wherever I have tried in Ambala Cantt. About Gym ================ Best ambience in Ambala. The entire environment of gym is very pleasant. They keep on upgrading themselves time to time and my two years journey with H2O I witness many positive and much required changes in the gym. The best part is they have mind set that we are not done yet we have to go some miles extra every time. Premises are well ventilated. Management ================ Mr. Shivraj Bhandari is a visionary person. He is way ahead of others in this domain with his innovative ideas, he understand what his audience want to see and what they need. Apart of this I personally feel that his knowledge about body building or fitness is unmatchable he is a silent master. The Team ================= Everyone is unified wit one mission, one vision, one goal. All trainers are professional with a positive attitude towards their clients. Knowledge wise they are up to the mark. Everyone is very helpful. They have empathy and compassion. Anuj Mishra, Mohit, Karan, Sanket Sir, Gourav all are descent people. Machinery & Accessories ================= I don't think any gym in Ambala Cantt is offering such an ultra advanced tools for your strength or cardio training in Ambala. I witnessed that time to time they bring technical/mechanical help to keep running there machines in good condition. Plus they have enough number of machines no matter how big the crowd is I never went out of the instruments or wait for a machine to get free. Swimming Pool ================= A small but well maintained swimming pool, The thing which I don't like about the pool is the water is heavy as compare to my experience in other swimming pools. SPA ========== I cant comment about it as I never use this service. Yoga & Meditation ===================== It happen one or twice a week, so yes some work can be done in this segment as I seek this everyday. Payments ============= Very genuine prices and all payment modes like payment gateway, Cards, Electronic Transfer is available. Office Staff =============== Best Part is when you are irregular, they will call you and positively push you to stay regular. So if you have a busy schedule they are there to knock the bell. If you are for short term stay or localite I recommend H20 Live fit to everyone. I wish them very best for future endeavours and don't have any words to express my gratitude towards what they did to me, whether its a positive mind set or confidence I get in the process to change my personality.

Money I invested in this gym is totally worth it. I had several health issues but my trainers helped me a lot and the customized workout plan they provided along with diet is totally amazing. I love this gym. Thank you H2o Team

Very good gym, I tried the membership of various gyms in ambala, ao I can say for sure that this is the best gym ever, professional traniers, ambitious owner and friendly staff. Top notch facility.

Best gym ever Ambala's largest gym, good facilities and infrastructure and staff is so friendly overall the money I spend is worth it.

Its a really good Gym. Equipments are nice, staff is very nice, Trainers are very well behaved friendly and supportive. The atmosphere in the Gym keeps you motivated and supports in giving your best. The housekeeping staff is efficient and maintains well. The managers are efficient and help you with the lost items (had misplaced my headphones once) with cams and support staff. Me and my Gym buddy have Anuj as trainer and he is a great coach and human being. He is ready to help and guide even when we don't have class this keeps us coming daily to the Gym. Its worth investing your time and money.

This is by far the best gym I have gone to. The machine and equipments are well maintained and are sanitised after every person usage. The trainers are really good. Also, it is very comfortable for females, you don't have to worry about people commenting or looking at you. Everyone is busy with their workout and the management is really amazing and precisely very strict in such matters. Highly professional!!

Now this is my updated honest review Parking : 5/5 Cardio section : 4/5 Locker : 4/5 Open CrossFit area : 5/5 Washroom : 4/5 (requires air freshener) Gym protective flooring Mat : 3/5 ( too dusty , requires regular cleaning) Music : 1/5 (repetitive and loud) Water facility : 5/5 Machine attachments : 3/5 Pin loaded stations plamax : 5/5 Pin loaded stations Avon : 1/5 ( poor biomechanics and range of motion) Dual cable cross Freemotion : 4/5 Single cable functional trainer : 3/5 ( not fully adjustable ) Plate loaded stations : 3/5 Free weight area : 3/5 (dumbbell are damaged and weight is not mentioned properly , barbell knurling doesn't exist and are curved) Power rack : 5/5 Ventilation and exhaust system : 2/5 (suffocation during intense workout) Lighting and building : 5/5 Floor trainers : 3/5 ( lacks knowledge and professionalism ) Owner : 0/5
