I have gone to many gyms but this gym iam feeling free and relaxed to workout its an capsule for overcoming depression... its a comfortzone for workout...All the trainers are very friendly in nature. we were able to ask fitness doubts without any hesitation.trainer are very professional and gym equipment are very hygienicGood atmosphere nd people are very kind and supportiveFitness, weight loss, bodybuilding all under one roof

I would never recommend ladies to join this gym because if u have any issues and u let the management know about it, they will never care or respond in a harsh way. They don't know how to respect people. Their only motive is to make money and bring lot of ppl to gym. Ofcourse it's a business, I don't deny the fact, but when clients are paying them, they are the sole responsibility for whatever happens at the gym. Management ppl behave with full on attitude and think they're superior than others and never apologize for being rude. It's literally looks like a market place. Not professional.
