One star less is for water logging condition during monsoon and after heavy downpour. It remains water logged for a week at least. But the locality is good. Nearby different brands of Jewellery shops, KFC, more, Domino's, pizzahut is present.
It's a too much dirty place.not maintained by anyone.water logging is the vital problem in this area..not a hygenic place. Street light condition is very bad, road conditions are ver bad in this locality. Most of all this area is not a safe place for girls at night.
A good housing area with class. It has a glorious past. Globalization taken cream out of the milk. Parents holding the residence for peaceful retired life of their wards. What they are passing now a days.
Nice Place to visit. All the necessities are available within arm length. A big playground adjacent to the HB town club. A great Durga puja must see. But water logging in the rainy season is still be the problem in this area.
You can always find water in every place.. no proper draining system till now..roads are very bad too. But you can find a big vegetables, fish, meat market here..
Very nice place for leaving at Sodepur area. The only problem is water logged during monsoon season.
Its an organized area with lots of houses, apartments and playgrounds for children.But the main problem of this area is water logging during the monsoons which makes very difficult for people to communicate.
It is the best area .. without any crowd and there are nearby shops and grocery malls which I highly recommend
