I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the mall where I visited your ChicKing outlet last week. The mall was in a very poor condition and I had a terrible experience there. First of all, the security staff told me to park my car outside the mall, which was very inconvenient and unsafe.I was worried about the security of my car. Secondly, the mall had a very bad smell inside, which made me feel nauseous and uncomfortable. The smell was coming from the toilets, which were filthy and disgusting. The toilets had no soap, paper towels or proper ventilation. It was a health hazard to use them. Thirdly, the mall was not well-maintained and looked old and dirty. The floors were sticky, the walls were peeling and the lights were flickering. The shops were mostly closed or empty and there was no sign of any customers or staff. It was a depressing and unwelcoming place. I was very disappointed with the mall and I regret going there. I expected a better environment for your ChicKing outlet, which is supposed to be a quality brand. I hope you will take action to improve the situation or relocate your outlet to a better mall.

Initially it was a very good mall There were also many shops. Now a theater building with a sign saying mall. This is the best theater in Karunagapalli It seems that it is not in profit either Because of that Carnival Cinemas Now transferred to My Cinemas

The design is nothing short of pathetic. Secondly, it raises questions about those who approved this design. It's baffling to think where these decision-makers came from. How could anyone give the green light to such a woefully designed space? The unprofessionalism is glaringly evident. Situated in the heart of the town, a prime property was squandered by these colossal mistakes. It had the potential to attract a massive footfall, but the blunders in design and space allocation have squandered a golden opportunity. Pathetic!

It's a deserted place where there ste only couple of shops on ground floor. On 1st floor it's like dungeon, crossing which you get to a Food Court having only one food outlet. The menu was beautiful however 90%items had a sticker on them saying "Not Available ".

They initially promised to premiere my business advertisement and requested necessary documents, including a license paper. Given the pandemic, I understood the theater closures, but they assured me they would play it once they reopened. However, they failed to fulfill their commitment and, when I requested a refund, I was informed about a management change, leaving me without the promised advertisement or a refund. This level of unprofessionalism and broken promises is extremely disappointing.
