What a place this is! We arrived with a warm welcome from the staff & felt at home for the 2 nights we were there, only a 20 minute walk from the Taj Mahal, and a great view of it from the top floor. The facilities were great, including Ping Ping, Carrom & Pool table arriving soon. I'd go back in a heart beat & a special thank you to Rocky who helped us receive some money back from scammers, without his help we would have been in real trouble. The cafe also served great food into the night, with a homemade touch. Second to none service from Rocky & his staff, book it today!
An absolute must visit!!! Spent 2 days in the dorms of Gypsy Nest during the part of my solo travels. The host Rocky makes you comfortable within minutes of meeting him and connects you to like-minded people. Never seen a better host than him. The staff was super helpful and the dorms were clean. Made lot of memories and a lot of friends. If you are visiting Agra look no further, excellent stay!
Great everything! Rooms are very clean and comfortable with AC and a fan and a nice terrace. Location is just 15 mins walk from Taj Mahal o 4 mins ride in tuktuk. It's also a rooftop with great views where you can eat ( clean and tasty food) and have drinks. But what is the best is the people working at Gypsy Nest, friendly and very very helpful, they went far of their duties to help us. Very recommended to stay if you are visiting Agra. Great hostel with amazing service, spending time together with staff on the rooftop and talking, gave us more information about India than our previous stay. Cool rooms, youthful and relaxed atmosphere.

Everything was ok. Gypsy Nest is a nice cosy hostel that we found conveniently situated. The owner is very kind and helpful. We did have problems with the hot water that the night staff was unable to solve, but the owner excused his self. They also didn't have any toilet paper in the hostel, the night staff offered us a roll of paper toilet that was dirty and had like 5 sheets left, so we had to go buy our own, but again the manager said sorry and that it wouldn't happen again.
