in sitamarhi it's hard to find suitable one fixed radius plate for POWER-LIFTING so from my personal experience this gym is also good and recommended for those athelete who are into powerlifting The deadlift, Bench-press and squat, for all these three trios the equipments here are perfect and heavy built
