It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here, they are eager to help and will to take time with you. Also they understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level athlete, and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I hope to see you there.

One of the finest gym in ranchi.I have been member of many gym in ranchi like health freak ,golds but its best suited for workout.All equipments are same and evwn the enviroments is good.Highly recommended

Very good environment and trainers are very enthusiastic and helpfull...yoga,jumba and outdoor cycling classes are also provided along with regular exercise
