I have been going to this gym for 5 months now and I can say this is the best gym in this area. With a great ambience and great equipments, this is the perfect place to workout. My personal trainer Puja has taken great care in helping me reach my fitness goals, as she does with every individual training under her! This gym also has a branch in Chinar park which is very spacious and with a great ambience as well. Overall, a great experience!
Well equipped gym around this area. The gym atmosphere and cleanliness is really very satisfying. The Trainers here are very knowledgeable and well behaved. My personal trainer Puja is very caring to every part of my fitness journey and under her skillful training I gain 7kg within just 1.5 months with just proper weight training and cardio exercise.
The 3rd class gym I have experienced in my life. 1. The trainers - unless the member is not taking PT, no help/instructions will be given to the member. 2. Trainer Behaviour - rude, arrogant and full of attitude. 4. No General Trainer available. 5. No proper changing room only meant for females. 6. Had to follow up for months to get the exercise chart. 7. Trainer fighting among each other for sales pitching - who is going to take up the PT of a given member. 8. No proper music system available 9. Machines are available but how a member is going to use them - no fair idea were given rather if a member asked for any help, Trainers saying on face "can't help bcoz if someone needs guidance he/she has to PT" Think twice before taking Admission

It is the best gym in North Kolkata with all upgraded machines. The atmosphere is very good. Very well maintained. A special thanks to Puja for a fantastic workout experience. You make the gym fun. You're the Best personal trainer and a very cute person too. Your training style rocks!
