PROS : Very helpful and friendly trainer. Not crowded at all and never required to wait for using any equipment Crowd is also very good with mix of working professionals and youngsters Cheaper but still has all the equipments and machines. Suitable for both ladies and gents. CONS : The only con is that it is closed on Sundays.

I've recently enrolled in a personal training program at gym nation and the program is tailored to my goals and includes a mix of physical training, C.A.R.S training & diet. Shashikant sir keeps track of the progress (yes, you have to take pics of your food as well). He takes the time to understand your goals, develops a comprehensive plan, to include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle habits, and most importantly, holds you accountable to yourself. Never pushes you too hard, but just to the brink as he takes the time understands your capabilities. Till now it's been a really good experience in working out in his gym as he keeps up a whole vibe out there!
