Started personal training under Iqbal sir. I had no experience of gym in the past. Sir guides very nicely to me as a beginner and following sequential steps that are necessary to build muscles that is being my primary moto to join the gym. It is wonderful experience doing the workout with all the best exercises necessary for each muscle groups. Because of sir guidance only I am able to be consistent in the workout; following it routinely for almost 2 months now. I sincerely want to thank sir and looking forward to completely transform in 6 months, that is what looking very much achievable now under Iqbal sir.
Very spacious gym excellent gym instructors. Fully equipped with all modern equipment. Anytime you go you will get to exercise it is never over crowded ample of space. Iqbal sir is amazing trainer I ever had seen he has a great knowledge about body building & If you're looking for a personal trainer who truly cares about your success, He is the one.

I've been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body. It's great! I feel 10 years younger!Excellent personal training. Workout at Gymholics is great !! The trainers are co-operative and friendly. My trainer Vivek is very knowledgeable and provides various tips for diet as well which helps me to achieve my goals.I have followed his instructions and really seen results in my body. Special shoutouts to the owner and my personal Trainer - Vivek A gem of a person who ensures you're in the gym on time everyday..curates gym workouts as per your fitness goals..motivates you to lift heavier constantly..also teaches you what muscles are activated with each exercise and how to ensure maximum recovery after the workout.. has made my customised diet and ensures that I follow the same! I've been going to this gym for the last 3 months and I've never had a bad day at Gymholics!
